TK Morrison Denver Build
This project began with the acquisition of an underutilized lot in a prime Denver neighborhood, completed in partnership with TK Morrison. The scope was a full teardown and ground-up construction of a modern, high-performance residence—focused on maximizing the buildable envelope, delivering elevated curb appeal, and ensuring long-term value.
The design emphasizes clean architectural lines and bright, intentional interiors. Materials and fixtures were selected for longevity, market appeal, and day-to-day livability, creating a home that feels contemporary while staying timeless in execution.
Design + Execution
From planning through completion, execution centered on creating a home that functions beautifully for everyday living and entertaining. The layout prioritizes open sightlines, natural light, and well-defined spaces that still feel connected—supporting both casual routines and larger gatherings.

- Statement cooking wall with a pro-style range and a bold, modern hood, complemented by double wall ovens.

- Primary bath retreat with a freestanding soaking tub paired with a spacious glass-enclosed shower.
